About — the person behind the delivery

I am a project manager who grew up inside design agencies. Five years, three companies, sixty-plus projects: branding, websites, digital products, for clients from San Francisco to Amsterdam to Dubai.

Somewhere along the way I noticed my actual job was never the Gantt chart. It was building the operating system around creative work: the intake systems that turn vague requests into clear briefs, the scope boundaries that protect both margin and trust, the communication rhythm that keeps a founder calm while the team does its best work. Designers make the headline. I am the footnote that makes it true.

At my last agency I wrote the internal PM handbook: delivery practices, client management, financial control, estimation logic, templates. It became the manual used to onboard every new project manager. Building systems is one thing. Making them transferable is what turns a practice into an operating standard.
